SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This process time does not include shipping times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We cannot control shipping times or shipping loss or damages, once your items have been handed over to USPS it is out of our control.
We ship using USPS for both domestic and international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from our shipping facility in Sturgis, SD, you will get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.
The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
Please consider that choosing to ship items via Priority mail as this will offer some protection if the post office loses or damages your package or something happens to it in transit. We are not responsible for damages or issues that occur after items have be handed over to USPS for delivery.
*Shipping Address: Please double and triple check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible at ghostshiftmerch@gmail.com. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for re-shipment.
Lost Or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package is "delivered" but you did not receive it, please get in touch with your local post office with any questions regarding next steps or to file a claim. We also suggest checking with your neighbors as well.
We DO NOT make money on the shipping. We offer the most affordable options to our customers that we can through USPS. You pick the level of shipping you prefer. Please keep in mind we are a small business and are not responsible for your package once it leaves our shipping facility, so if you want extra protection against loss or damage, please choose Priority Mail.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Ground Advantage packages are typically delivered in 2-5 business days per USPS which depends on pick up times and the destination, which is not a guarantee. This option also includes Door to Door Tracking and up to $100 of insurance against loss or damage for items purchased and shipped.
